No,if you register your boat every year and remain current a new inspection is not required.
Will I receive a statement in the mail regarding my boat and dock?
No. Bboat docks and boat fees are due by March 31.
Boat limitations- hp and measurements- boats must be in the homeowners name and registered with the state prior to registering with the community association. No v-8's are allowed other than those on the approved list of ski boats. See lakes and parks rules and regulations

Please come to the community association office and fill out an application for review by our acc committee.meetings are held The second and fourth monday of every month. The deadline for applications is the first and third monday of every month. Pictures of the home /tree or area of improvement or in question are very helpful to the committee.
What are the fees for ACC?
New construction fees are $100.00 Decks ,pools,retaining walls,room additions,and docks are $25.00 Color reviews are not charged a fee. What are the fees for swimming,boats ,tennis,golf,etc.
