Dear Community Association Resident,
Welcome to the Lake Saint Louis Community Association (LSLCA). As a community Association member, you share in the largest Community Association in Missouri. We own and maintain approximately 625 acres of lakes and 240 acres of common ground. Our unique asset, of course, is our two lakes. Lake Sainte Louise is commonly called "the small lake" and Lake Saint Louis is called "the big lake". We also have a beautiful new 18,000 square foot club house completed in 2002.
Lake Sainte Louise contains 75 acres of good fishing water. There are two islands, various small parks, and the Country Club building located off this lake. The Par 3 Golf course, tennis courts, two new swimming pools, a beach, and a boat ramp surround the clubhouse.
Lake Saint Louis has 550 acres surrounded by neighborhood parks of varying sizes and a marina. The focal points are the Main Marina (off Rue Grand Drive) and Windjammer Pointe (adjacent to the Wharf). The facilities have rental docks, lakefront pavilions, restrooms, BBQ pits, and boat launching ramps. Windjammer Pointe also has a gas pump facility on the water.
Other parks to mention are: Lakewood, Bay Oaks, and Mystic Village. Lakewood is a popular park located off Lake Saint Louis Blvd. This park has boat docks, a new play structure, picnic facilities and a basketball court.
Bay Oaks has a nature trail to the lake, which is nice for a casual stroll. This park also has play structures and picnic facilities. Bay Oaks is located off Fox Hound Drive.
Mystic Village Park is located near the small lake. Mystic Village has a large playground area with open green space surrounding it. This park is located at the corner of Savoy and Ellerman Road and includes a designated roller blade rink.
In addition to these areas, we own land that holds our maintenance facility and our various silt ponds. Located throughout the community are many small common ground areas enjoyed primarily by the adjacent property owners.
To maintain and protect these assets we have a six-member Board of Directors elected by the membership. Each director serves a three-year term. Two board members are elected each year at the October Annual Meeting of the CA.
We welcome you to the community and to the association.
