Architectural Control Committee

The purpose of the Architectural Control Committee is to perform duties and have such powers as provided by Article VIII, Section 1 of the Covenants and Restrictions. The ACC charter and any revisions to the Charter must be established by resolution of the Board of Directors. The Architectural Control Committee will uphold and maintain the articles of the Lake Saint Louis Covenant and Restriction and the provisions of the Architectural Control Committee Guidelines.

Aquatics Committee

The purpose of the Aquatics Committee ( the Committee ) is to advise the Board of Directors on matters related to the function, management, maintenance and usage of the Community Association's Aquatics facility (swimming pools, bath house and roped off area of the small lake adjacent to the swim beach) for the best use and enjoyment of the LSLCA members. The recommendations of the Committee are subject to the approval of the LSLCA Board of Directors.

The Committee is to recommend plans, programs and procedures designed to enhance the efficient, safe and equitable usage of the Aquatics facility. The Committee will provide the Board of Directors with the support needed to anticipate, evaluate and resolve issues regarding the CA Aquatics facility. The Committee will perform such specific duties and have such powers as may be provided by resolution of the Board of Directors.

Engineering and Facilities Committee

The purpose of the Engineering and Facilities Committee ( the Committee ) is to provide the Board of Directors with the technical support needed to anticipate, evaluate and resolve issues regarding the assets of the Community Association. The Committee will perform duties and have such powers as may be provided by resolution of the Board of Directors.

The Committee is to develop and/or review procedures and specifications necessary to address any lake, land, facility or appurtenance issues of a technical nature, including but not limited to dam compliance, silt removal, debris removal, shoreline stabilization, boat docks and facility improvements.

Capital Improvement and Finance Committee

The purpose of the Capital Improvement & Finance Committee will be to perform duties and have such powers as may be provided by resolutions of the Board.

The Capital Improvement and Finance Committee (the Committee) will review planned spending and monitor actual expenditures for any project directed by the Board of Directors. The Committee will recommend options for financial matters related to the function, management, enhancement and maintenance for the services and/or facilities of the Community Association, for the best use and enjoyment of the LSLCA members. The Committee will analyze actual and planned expenditures and identify economic implications and financial options for use by the Board of Directors in making decisions. All Committee recommendations are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.

Golf Committee

The Committee will perform such specific duties and have such powers as may be provided by resolution of the Board of Directors.

The purpose of the Golf Committee ( the Committee ) is to advise the Board of Directors on matters related to the function, management, maintenance and usage of the Par 3 golf facility of the Community Association (CA), for the best use and enjoyment of the LSLCA members. The Committee is to recommend plans, programs and procedures designed to enhance the efficient, safe and equitable usage of the Par 3 golf facility. The recommendations of the Committee are subject to the approval of the LSLCA Board of Directors.

The Committee will provide the Board of Directors with the support needed to anticipate, evaluate and resolve issues regarding the CA Par 3 golf facility.

Lakes and Parks Committee

The purpose of the Lakes and Parks Committee (the Committee) is to provide the Board of Directors with the support needed to anticipate, evaluate and resolve issues regarding the assets of the Community Association, especially issues dealing with the lakes and parks. The Committee will perform duties and have such powers as may be provided by resolution of the Board of Directors.

The Committee is to recommend programs and procedures designed to enhance the safe usage of the lakes, parks and common grounds adjoining the lakes.

Tennis Committee

The purpose of the Tennis Committee ( the Committee ) is to advise the Board of Directors on matters related to the function, management, maintenance and usage of the Tennis facility of the Community Association (CA), for the best use and enjoyment of the LSLCA members. The recommendations of the Committee are subject to the approval of the LSLCA Board of Directors.

The Committee is to recommend plans, programs and procedures designed to enhance the efficient, safe and equitable usage of the Tennis facility. The Committee will provide the Board of Directors with the support needed to anticipate, evaluate and resolve issues regarding the CA Tennis facility. The Committee will perform such specific duties and have such powers as may be provided by resolution of the Board of Directors.

The Lake Saint Louis Tennis Association (LSLTA) meets the second Wednesday of the month in Ballroom "B".
