How is my annual assessment fee spent?

Identification Cards

ID Card is required for boating, swimming, tennis, and golf season pass holders. (This card is issued at no charge.) The ID card must be presented at the golf course, tennis courts, and the pool entrance..This card is also used to access Marina gates. Paid fees will be documented on your ID cards. There is a $5.36 charge for a replacement ID Card.

Auto Stickers

Two (2) auto stickers are provided to each property owner at no charge. Additional stickers cost $2.68 each.
