General Room Rental Information

The Ballroom Rental includes the use of the kitchen, portable dance floor, tables, chairs and linens tableclothes. The tables are 90’ round tables, which seat a maximum of eight. We also have banquet tables for food service which are 6ft and 8ft. We do not have skirting for the tables. The skirting must be rented or provided by your caterer. We are happy to arrange the room for you with your particular specifications.

The entire Ballroom holds 200 people without a dance floor. The ballroom will accommodate 20 round tables with a dance floor.  Half the ballroom holds 96 people without a dance floor and 12 round tables.  The Ballroom overlooks the small lake.

The Veterans room is on the lower level and overlooks the pool area. This room will accommodate up to 40 people .We can arrange the room using the small café tables or banquet size tables, which are 6ft and 8ft. 

The Yacht room is directly accros from the Community Association office on the lower level.  This room will accommodate 40 people.  We can arrange the room using small card tables or 6ft and 8ft tables.  White Linen are provided for the tables.  The round tables, are not available for the Yacht room. We do not have kitchen facilities on the lower level.

Rooms may not be reserved without a deposit. You may call and hold a date with a credit card by phone at 625-8276 ext 12 Jodi Rovelto or ext 15 Ron Wilson.
